Surinder Dhillon
Senior Solicitor/Director

Surinder is the founder and managing director of ANP Solicitors and is responsible for the strategic planning and the day to day management of the firm. Alongside her management role, Surinder is also head of the Family law, Private Client and Property departments, overseeing the day to day work of these teams to ensure the needs of our clients are met in line with the firm’s core values and regulatory standards. Surinder also has extensive experience in dealing with immigration matters, intellectual property rights, and civil litigation.
She is known for her friendly and empathetic manner yet is persistent and tenacious in her approach in dealing with clients’ matters, and she prides herself in building a strong and lasting relationships with her clients.

Qualifications: LLB (Hons); LLM (LON) in Intellectual Property. Solicitor of the senior courts since 15 April 1998.

Areas of Practice: Company, Commercial, Conveyancing, Dispute Resolution, Family, Immigration & Nationality, Intellectual Property, Judicial Review, LPA, Wills/Probate and Private International law.

Navjot Dhillon
Senior Solicitor/Director

Nav is a director of ANP Solicitors and a qualified solicitor. He has over 14 years’ experience in all aspects of dispute resolution including commercial and civil litigation. Alongside his role in assisting in managing the firm, Nav is responsible for overseeing the regulatory compliance of the firm. Nav has extensive experience in dealing with litigation and dispute resolution including personal injury matters, company matters, landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, construction disputes and consumer claims.

Qualifications: BA (Hons) Politics and International Relations; Graduate Diploma in Law, Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice; and Solicitor of the senior courts since 2 March 2009.

Areas of Practice: Clinical negligence, Company and Commercial, Consumer, Litigation and Personal Injury.

Christopher Pinnion
Consultant/Senior Solicitor

Chris has been a practicing solicitor since 1982 and has extensive experience in dealing with all matters of a contentious nature. Specialising in family, cohabitee, and probate litigation. Chris has been involved in several key cases during his professional career. He additionally deals with landlord and tenant, company and insolvency disputes and is an experienced advocate in Court.
Chris is also a Civil Mediator.

Qualifications: Solicitor of the senior courts since 15 January 1982.

Areas of Practice: Advocacy, Family, Insolvency, Litigation, Company, Commercial, Conveyancing, Dispute Resolution.

Gabriella Marshall
Solicitor

Gabbi joined the team in 2014 before commencing her training contract in 2018. Gabbi qualified in 2020 and manages our private client department, specialising in matters of estate management including trusts, wills, probate, Court of Protection and capacity work, and LPA’s.

Qualifications: LLB (Hons); Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice; and Solicitor of the senior courts since 2 January 2020.

Areas of Practice: Family, Conveyancing, Litigation, LPA, Wills and Probate.

Tracey Rowley
Consultant/ Family Lawyer

Tracey joined ANP in 2022 having previously been a partner at a well-established firm in Essex. Tracey is very experienced in dealing with the most high profile and complex of family matters including high value divorce and child matters, and is often specifically sought out by clients wishing to obtain her advice.
Tracey is an accredited Family Law specialist with Resolution in the areas of advanced financial provision and private law – children. Tracey offers our clients plain speaking, and robust advice using the benefit of her significant knowledge and experience in family law.
Tracey is also a Family Mediator.

Areas of Practice: Family Law including Divorce, Cohabitee Disputes, Child Matters and Financial Settlement.

John Phillips
Solicitor

John joined ANP in 2021 having previously worked in international shipping and heavy industries business sectors. John has experience in dealing with Business, Commercial and Corporate matters (including international asset sale and purchase, contractual claims, international trade and shipping wet and dry cargo, risk management and high value commercial litigation, commercial contract review, business compliance processes) which he has brought to his role at ANP. Having completed his studies and qualified in 2023, John deals with Company, Commercial & Conveyancing matters, Dispute Resolution, Landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, construction disputes, compliance, risk management, freight/shipping contracts & bill of lading matters and consumer claims.

Qualifications: BA (Hons) Business Studies and Human Resource Management; Graduate Diploma in Law; Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice; and Higher National Diploma Nautical Sciences. Additional qualifications in merchant vessel operations.

Katie Spears
Paralegal

Katie joined the team in 2023 and provides paralegal support to the family law department on a broad range of cases including divorce, finances, child arrangement and cohabitation matters. Katie liaises with clients and third parties. This can involve taking client instructions, drafting documents/ letters, preparing Court forms and bundles, and filing with Court. Katie has previously worked in education as well as previous employment with a high profile international law firm.

Qualifications: BA (Hons) Education and Childhood Studies.

Areas of Practice: Family Law including Divorce, Cohabitee Disputes, Child Matters and Financial Settlement.

Abbie Fraser
Paralegal

Abbie joined ANP in 2023 as a Paralegal after gaining a First Class Honours degree in Law and successfully completing her Legal Practice Course (LPC).
Abbie adds further experience to the ANP team having previously worked for well-established regional solicitor firms as a Paralegal, in a range of different areas of Law including Conveyancing, Family Law, Litigation and Private Client.
Abbie provides Paralegal support in ANP’s Dispute Resolution department and further assists with Conveyancing, Business and Private Client matters.

Qualifications: LLB (Hons) Law Degree (first-class honours), Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with MSc in Law, Business Management.

Areas of Practice: Company and Commercial, Consumer, Litigation and Personal Injury, Conveyancing, Risk Management, Wills and LPA’s, Probate and Trusts.

Robbie Yates
Legal Administrative Assistant

Robbie joined the ANP team in 2023 and assists with the administration of the firm’s legal work. Robbie is the first point of contact for all clients visiting our office and he provides invaluable administrative support to the team.

Gursimran Bassi
I.T. Systems Developer

Gursimran joined the ANP team in 2021 and has been instrumental in the development of ANP ’s own inhouse IT and case management systems, focused on improving our clients’ customer experience.

Areas of Practice: Company IT development and supporting fee earners and solicitors with administrative and individual IT support.
